Did you know dollar stores often have scrapbooking supplies.  These are rarely top brand name items, but for a dollar a piece you can stock up on the basics like paper and adhesives.

Walmart and Target both carry scrapbooking supplies at great prices.  Check their weekly ads for sales as well.Both of these discount stores have a large selection, and offer products from many scrapbooking manufacturers.  Target often has scrapbooking supplies in their dollar bins as well.

Craft stores like Michael’s and Joann’s also have weekly sales, but the best bargains are their weekly 40% coupons. Check your local Sunday newspaper for coupons.  The discount is on regular price items only.You can’t use the coupon if the item is on sale that particular week.Don’t forget to look through the clearance section at these stores as well.

Closeout Stores

You will find scrapbooking supplies from many top manufacturers that have been heavily discounted at closeout stores.If you have a Big Lots or a Tuesday Morning in your neighborhood, shop there frequently to get the best deals.  If you find something you like, don’t wait to buy it.These closeout items are stocked in limited qualities, but the prices are fantastic.
